Declaration

The courses held at the centre are generally small and intimate allowing you to process your journey in a safe, revealing, fun and creative way.

The courses will ask the fundamental question:

Do you want to hold on or...let go?

The work reflects life itself when you discover things in yourself and about yourself and share this discovery it can be moving, revealing, emotional, funny, exhilarating and even mind blowing, but certainly worthwhile!

In order for this work to take place successfully it is essential that you and I are both fully committed to the process.

Below is a small portion of a 'Declaration form' that you will be required to answer and sign before any work can begin.
